Customise CampControl

CampControl provides substantial flexibility that allows the Account Manager (or User/Employee that has the “Customise CampControl” permission) to customise CampControl to the User’s specific business needs. The following are customisable

To edit a list, select the required list (note that Exploration Service Companies and Expediting Companies are required to select a Client Company). A list is entered in one of 2 ways:

1. Excel upload.

  • Obtain a template by clicking on the “Download as Excel File” button on the right.
  • Complete the template and save it to your local hard disk.
  • Return to CampControl and click on “Select” to navigate to the Excel file on your local hard disk.
  • Once selected, click the “Upload Excel File” button.

2. Entered Manually. To add a new record (entry) to the list:

  • Click the “Add new record” link, located on the top of the table (a new blank row appears).
  • Enter the information and click the “Insert” icon on the right of the row.

Similarly, you can edit and delete rows by clicking on their respective icons on the right hand side of the record.

The Customise CampControl screen also sports a powerful filter, enabling you to view specific records, especially useful for long lists.  For details on using the filter, see Using table filters
