This screen enables the transfer of inventory between locations, and also summarises past transfers between Locations, detailing which items were shipped on what date and who shipped them.
By default only Capital and Rental items are displayed. You can additionally show the Expense items as well as the Admin details (Sending User, Receiving User and place where Assigned to when received) by checking off the relevant options at the top of the screen. Click on a column heading to sort on that column. Additionally you can use the filter boxes in the second line of the table to filter the list. See Using table filters for more details.
Click on the “Print” button to print a hard copy
Click on the “Download to Excel” to save the list on your local hard disk or open it in Excel.
