Calendar View

Each user is displayed side by side on a calendar for comparison and planning. Activities are colour coded and hovering of them with your mouse shows the details.

3. You may download this table to Excel for further manipulation by clicking the ‘Download to Excel’ button.

Tabular View

1. The first few columns (in this case the first 4 columns) show the activities and how many people are performing that activity on a given date. These numbers are available to all users regardless of user permissions.

2. The rest of the table shows which users are performing those activities. The users that appear are governed by the permissions of the user viewing the data.

3. You may download this table to Excel for further manipulation by clicking the ‘Download to Excel’ button.

4. You may sort the table to a desired column by clicking the column heading.

5. You may reorder the columns by dragging the heading of a column to desired order.

Selecting a team above shows the data for that team only.

You need the following permissions (see Manage Permissions):

To view this screen: "View Schedules"
To view schedules of superiors: "View Superior Schedules"
