The Flight Bookings Report provides an overview of flights booked by Company staff. It displays details such as Passenger Name, From, To, Airline, Dates, Times, Flight numbers, etc.

Click on the “Show Admin Details” checkbox to display the Accounting fields – i.e. Program Codes, Activity Codes and Cost Codes

You can filter the data on:

Date Range
